I honestly think it’s my antidepressant medication because nothing has changed with my diet and exercise. Society puts so much pressure on us to be thin. I used to work out and eat healthy to have the “perfect” body but now I work out to feel good. As for my diet I eat healthy but I’m also not about to deprive myself of my cravings. I think as women it’s important to feel good in our own skin no matter what others might think.
