🔥 Disneyland put bulgogi beef…in a baked potato?! SO 👏🏻 GOOD 👏🏻!! It’s the seasonal Bulgogi Potato from the Troubadour Tavern in Disneyland! OKAY - Did I already mention how good this is??? I’ve had my fair share of specialty baked potato offerings from the Disneyland Resort – this was really something else! The Bulgogi Potato is made with bulgogi-marinated beef, gochujang mayo, some super flavorful spicy cucumber, and green onions – all inside a piping hot baked potato….and it is DELICIOUS! I can eat bulgogi beef with rice ALL DAY…but replacing the rice with a baked potato?! Who would have ever thought? This was a brilliant move by Disneyland 😋 There are very few times I ever get a seasonal item more than once (I try to leave space for other limited-time offerings during each visit 😅) – I experienced one of those rare moments with this gem and just HAD to get another. I also happen to love Korean food, so this Korean food-inspired baked potato was right up my alley! You can mobile order this one from the Troubadour Tavern in Disneyland – but it will only be available during the Halloween season, so you gotta get yours soon!
