I’m a big believer that there are sweet spots of capturing people. Ideal combinations of lensing, camera position, lighting and pose that all come together to accentuate the person and the story to the fullest. Sometimes turning a light two inches or moving the chin a 1/2 inch can be the difference between good and great. And, then there are people like Gemma that look amazing in any light, but the mission remains.
