#stitch with @gingerrrose #greenscreen my experience at a Michelin omakase in SANTA BARBARA. Scratch restaurants are owned by Philip, who got seed funding to start his restaurants. The omakase was not crafted skillfully, lots of loose rice. Also, the balance of the food was very off. Service was great but I wouldn’t go again. When I go to omakas, I expect skilled sushi makers and balanced flavors.
