It has been a great collaborative effort between Nick Jones (CEO of Soho House), Mark Wadhwa (Owner of @180studios) and Soho House on this initiative. I am truly grateful. I recall consulting Nick on diversity and inclusivity issues where we relayed certain aspects that Black members of Soho House thought could be improved. That conversation was phenomenal! He did not want to brush over anything but wanted to have the difficult conversations. The desire that Soho House has, not to only unleash the full potential of the Black community but really to bring our communities together for the benefit of society at large is brilliant. This is the beginning of a great journey that will facilitate greater engagement of the Black community.
