It’s time my friends. It’s time to switch this up. Price is not personal. But self worth is. Pricing is NOT emotional ...but self worth is. We have to separate the two. Years ago I stopped saying this and started to focus more on value as opposed to self worth. Because when I first started in this Industry had someone said to me charge your worth. I would have said OK $2. Because as a new stylist I was super scared and insecure and also struggled with a lot of self worth issues. Price is based on facts and data. Not fear and self worth. Pricing services is based on value, time, product, expenses, profit and hours worked. NOT self worth. Should we start or continue to work on self so we can feel more confident and evolve as humans and stylists? ABSOLUTELY Yes. But BTC focus ON the value and Magic you bring to every client. The skill set you have acquired because you studied and practiced so hard for it. The client experience that you’ve created that is unmatched. The relationship you have created by focusing on true connection with your clients. That’s value my friends. And I do believe it’s time to stop saying charge your worth.
