Simple Salad Saturday 😊 Cos lettuce tossed with scallions, cucumber and celery. Topped with a PERFECT avocado (all the avocado stars aligned today😊) and a sprinkle of my home-made dukkah (gotta squeeze in a little #ottolenghi😆). Dressing consisted of dijon mustard, a little bit of mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar and olive oil - nice and creamy. Tossed together in a bowl and then plated.
