One of our last days of SELF Program, I had all the dancers do a freestyle solo to a song that holds deep meaning for them. They inspired me so much for me to go at the end and dance as well, strained neck and all 🤣 Self has served as a reminder for me of how special and important it is to share. Genuinely, honestly, fearlessly. We’re all on individual paths with different aspirations, but to be in unity is something so powerful that no title, job, status level, or amount of money can ever level up to.
