CRISPY SPAM RAMEN ROLLS 🔥 with a naughty peanut sauce 🥜 Rice paper is such a versatile product, I love it. Two of my favourite ways to use it are making dumplings and summer rolls 🌻 For this recipe, I wanted to heat up the spam and melt the mozzarella, so what better way to do that than Air Fry them? 💃🏼 I’ve served them up with a smoking hot peanut sauce 😮‍💨 Let me know if you give the recipe a go ❤️ Ingredients 🍜 1 packet of Shin Ramyun 🍚 6 sheets of rice paper 🧀 6 thin wedges of mozzarella 🍖 6 thin wedges of spam 🧅 1 spring onion, finely sliced For the sauce: 🥜 2 tbsp peanut butter 🍶 2 tbsp soy sauce 🧂 1 tbsp sesame oil 🌶️ 1/2 tbsp gochugaru chilli flakes 🍯 1 tbsp honey 💦 2 tbsp boiling water 🛢️ 1 tbsp chilli oil (optional) Method 1. Boil your shin ramyun noodles until cooked (for around 4 minutes). 2. Drain the noodles and then add in your seasonings. Mix and then set aside. 3. Pour warm water into a large bowl. Soak one rice paper sheet in the water for 10 seconds and then remove and lay down on a clean surface. 4. Place a sprinkle of spring onion in the bottom centre of your rice paper wrapper. Top with 1/6 of the ramyun noodles, 1 mozzarella strip, and 1 spam strip. Roll up into a log and then set aside. Repeat this step for the 6 summer rolls. 5. Place your summer rolls into an air fryer and fry for 10 mins on 180C. If you have quite a powerful air fryer, you might want to start by doing 5 minutes. 6. Meanwhile, combine all of your sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside. 7. Once your summer rolls are nice and crispy, serve up with your peanut sauce and enjoy! ✨ #easyrecipe #spam #summerrolls #airfryerrecipes #ramen
