If it's expected, that's a toxic relationship with your business 😬 There are compromises we have to make in life, but this is not one of them. You should not be punished by your business financially because you enjoy doing hair. It's still a job that wears on you and eventually if you don't take care of yourself, you're going to resent it. If we sacrifice ourselves too much for the things we love we will likely burn out, and this is the same in any relationship. It's time to do some business therapy and shift your mindset: 1. You don't have to suffer financially because you love it. 2. You don't have to sacrifice benefits if you're self-employed. 3. You're not a nicer Stylist because you discount or don't charge for extra work. 4. You are worthy of being taken care of by your business. 5.
