When it’s too hot to bake, @purelykaylie’s No-Bake Snickers Brownies do the trick 🪄⤵️ What you need for brownies: 2 1⁄2 cups Thrive Market almond flour 1 cup peanut butter 1⁄2 cup cocoa powder 1⁄2 cup maple syrup 2 tsp Thrive Market vanilla extract 1⁄2 tsp salt For nougat: 1 cup almond flour 1⁄4 cup + 2 tbsp coconut flour 3 tbsp maple syrup 3 tbsp non-dairy milk 1⁄8 tsp salt For caramel: 1 cup peanut butter 1⁄2 cup maple syrup 1⁄3 cup coconut oil, melted 1 tsp vanilla extract 3⁄4 cup chopped peanuts, roasted & unsalted For chocolate: 1 1⁄2 cups chocolate chips 1 tbsp coconut oil 1️⃣ Add brownie ingredients to a bowl & mix together until evenly combined 2️⃣ Line a square baking dish, then firmly press dough against the bottom 3️⃣ Add nougat ingredients to a bowl & mix together until evenly combined 4️⃣ Transfer nougat to the baking dish, firmly pressing nougat against brownie layer 5️⃣ Add peanut butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil & vanilla extract to a bowl, then whisk together for 3–5 mins to combine & thicken 6️⃣ Stir in chopped peanuts, then pour caramel over nougat & spread across evenly 7️⃣ Freeze for 10 mins to set 8️⃣ Add chocolate chips & coconut oil to a bowl, then microwave in 30-sec intervals, stirring in between, until combine 9️⃣ Pour melted chocolate over caramel layer, then immediately spread it across the pan 🔟 Freeze for 5–10 mins to set, then slice into 16 squares & sprinkle with flaky sea salt
