Day 4 water only fast update! And I can't believe I cheated. While I didn’t physically eat food... that bone broth was calling my name like it had my number saved! Technically I might’ve cheated... but spiritually I just “pre-tasted” what I usually eat to break my fast 😂 Regardless... It just shows we all have our moments. I'm human and although I messed up, I'm still locked in and will finish strong 💪🏾 Hopefully sharing my daily updates are helpful to you on your journey.
