Reflecting on this past year I see that its been an incredible time of healing through my release of past judgements and limiting thoughts, and through community and human connection (all new things to me). I’ve traveled the country, I’ve moved across country, I’ve bonded with family, best friends, new friends, my love, and myself. I’ve laughed til I cried, I’ve just cried (a lot), I’ve gained weight, lost weight, been sick, faced fears, and marveled at sunsets and full moons. No matter what the moment brings, I’ve learned how to sit with my own emotions instead of pushing them down and I can genuinely say that I’ve really enjoyed getting to know my own self.
