I can’t believe just two months ago, on August 2nd, we officially opened the doors to FireFlow. When I filed my LLC on my birthday November 18th, 2024 as a birthday gift to myself, I only had a vision. No space, no studio, just manifesting. I didn’t just want to open a yoga studio. I wanted to create a place with challenging classes where yoga meets fitness. NEVER to intimidate, but to remind you that you’re stronger than you think, in every way, and to keep getting stronger every day. A place where personal growth meets community. Strong mind, strong body, strong community. Along the way I carried so many self-limiting thoughts and fears in every possible way. Would people actually show up? Opening those doors was the scariest thing I’ve ever done. And yet, our Founding and Original Members believed before we even opened, and since then this community has shown me more than I could have imagined. Not every day is perfect, but every single day has love, gratitude, and the energy of people showing up and that’s why it’s worth it. To every single person who has walked through our doors, whether you stayed, explored, or realized it wasn’t for you, thank you. Thank you for your energy, your presence, and for being part of the beginning. This community is real, it’s growing, and it’s just the start.
