We are sorry to learn about the passing of the great Hans Magnus Enzensberger, who visited the festival in 2015, back then 86 years old. “Everyone has a novel inside. Not everyone writes that novel, thank goodness”, Enzensberger stated in our in-dept Louisiana Channel interview (link in the bio). He was one of Europe’s great socially engaged intellectuals and he had a huge impact on European literature through decades. Back in 2015 he was even unforgettable on the dance floor!
