🙋🏾‍♀️ Anyone else accidentally rip out hair when detangling after a protective style? Well I finally got it right! (Save this for later) 1️⃣Get you a good detangler. This pre-poo from @myafricanpride is magic in a jar! The slip is so good. 2️⃣Use lots of water...detangling on dry hair can cause your hair to pop right off. 3️⃣Work in small sections and then twist up each section as you go along. (Bonus) You can even wash your hair in the twists to make your wash day easier 4️⃣Do steps 1-3 BEFORE you get in the shower to wash your hair. Detangling after a protective style in the shower is a DISASTER waiting to happen. Trust me 🫠
