Love is far more than a feeling; love is traditionally defined as a strong affection arising out of personal ties. However, I define love as well-being. When we say, “I love you” – what I should be communicating is that “I’m committed to your well-being.” Anyone that says they love you and that love is not visible in their actions towards the improvement of your well-being, I argue that they don’t really love you.
