Maitha Al Mahruqi is the new ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman. She most recently served as Secretary of State at the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Tourism in Oman. The new ambassador of the Republic of Poland, Dariusz Pawłoś, was previously executive director of the German-Polish Youth Office and speaks fluent German.
