the most beautiful celebration of life for my dad, our “mes.” we could not have asked for a better day to honor him surrounded by our closest friends and family. i know he was smiling down the entire time — i have never felt his presence more. going to your dad’s funeral is something you hope will never happen and can’t imagine experiencing, but amongst all the sadness and grief, tuesday was filled with so much love, friendship, and joy. i feel a renewed sense of hope and know that no matter what, the sun always shines again tomorrow — and my dad is making it shine extra bright. thank you to everyone who has supported my family throughout this time. we are so grateful for all of our friends and family who have stood by our side and lifted us up. this day will forever be the most memorable day of my life.
