Replying to @mar.arevalo00 here's how I recommend using rosemary based on the randomized trial study. I still prefer and recommend minoxidil among many other treatments for my patients but rosemary oil is a great affordable option, too! As with any hair loss treatment the goal is to KEEP the hair you have and slow the genetically programed loss. If you get more growth that's a plus!
