Lessons w/ @motusthecompany 📝 The push was HEAVY. And in processing this year, I found gratitude among the challenges. I had no idea I’d learn and unlearn so much about movement. Dance has an awesome way of making us feel crazy, yet connected, and alive all at once. What encouraged me the most through Motus: the constant evolution of artistry in the room and in all the tiny zoom boxes. Dancers truly are extraordinary-special-super-beings. Especially where Diana’s choreo is involved. Plus plus PLUS the global village of artists and legends that we were privileged to learn from have transformed my dance paradigm completely. Thank you @dianamatos @motusthecompany for the heart behind everything and for growing us beyond our limits 🙏🏾
