"Crabs didn't make you fat" That's one of the comments that I get EVERY time that I share this before video of myself! To those that make that comment, you're right... I never said they did! I still love and enjoy eating crabs. Blue crab, crab legs, crab cakes, ALL of that. Growing up visiting my family in Maryland, crabs and seafood has always been my favorite! As someone that is now a CPT and has my CNC I can say Crab is an excellent source of high-quality protein, which helps build and repair muscles while keeping you full longer. Crabs are low in calories and unhealthy fats, making it a great choice for weight management! I just had to learn to control my own portion sizes. Portion sizes are crucial for weight loss because they help control calorie intake and help prevent overeating! So I say all of that to say, Yeah I still love and enjoy crab. I just finished eating some today as I was craving some before I start my fast this week! Hopefully sharing my transformation and weekly meal preps will continue to inspire the world!
