What a lovely run out tonight for both of our groups – our 5K, which was really busy tonight, and our 10k, which took us down to Western Avenue, Pontcanna fields, Castle Street, Salisbury Road, and finally through Roath to the community centre where we’d started. A lovely, chatty run. Well done to our runleaders and to everyone who ran 😀
