Tuna Melt lovers REJOICE, this one’s for you! Using our Chipotle Ranch and @fishwife’s Smoked Albacore Tuna, you’ll have this simple lunch ready in no time. Perfect for this week ahead of all the cooking you’ll be doing for Thanksgiving!
Here’s how to make it:
Take a slice of sourdough bread and drizzle with olive oil. Pop it in the oven at 375F to partially toast, 5-7 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the tuna salad. In a bowl, combine 1 can of Fishwife Smoked Albacore Tuna (drained), 1/4 cup finely diced celery, 1/4 cup finely diced shallot, 2 tablespoons SideDish Chipotle Ranch, 1 tbsp minced dill, pinch of salt, and pepper.
Spread the tuna mixture on the piece of toast, top with pickled jalapeños and a slice of sharp cheddar cheese. Stick it back into the oven on ‘broil’ until the cheese has just melted and is lightly browned on the top (watch carefully — only takes 1-2 mins!)
Top with more dill and ENJOY!
