Ayyyyye Happy Meal Prep Sunday Y’all! Are y’all prepped and ready for the week?!? 👀 Many of y’all know that recently I’ve gotten into fasting more. I did a 7 day water fast, intermittent fasting, and this week I’m doing a fruit fast! A fruit fast can be a great way to reset and cleanse your body while still getting essential nutrients. It’s also a great way to reset your mind, and deepen your spiritual connection with God 🙏🏾 Here’s a breakdown below of everything else that I’ll be eating this week👇🏾 ♦️ Mandarin Oranges ♦️ Bananas ♦️ Kiwi ♦️ Pineapple ♦️ Grapes ♦️ Cantelope ♦️ Strawberries ♦️ Mixed Berries ♦️ Apples ♦️ and as always my WATER to stay hydrated!
