Normally meant to be bottled this spring and the. released some time during the fall, but we didn’t feel the wine was ready- and decided to keep it another year in barrels before bottling. Good decision! . Now this wine tastes more like Ploussard or trousseau from Jura, than Merlot. I don’t really get why, guess that’s the beauty of wine? .
