They’re GF and can easily be made DF too!✨They have 4 insane layers and I promise you’ll love them! Here’s how ya do it: Preheat oven to 350° F and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. Crust: 1 1/4 cups oat flour (you can make your own) 1/3 cup dairy-free butter 1/4 cup coconut sugar Filling: 1 package dairy-free cream cheese 1 tsp vanilla 2 tbsp honey Crumble topping: 2 small honey crisp apples, finely chopped 1/3 cup coconut sugar 1 tbsp apple pie spice (if you don’t have this you can just use cinnamon) 3/4 cup rolled oats 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or olive oil Cinnamon caramel topping: 15 dates 1/2 cup plant based milk 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp cinnamon Dash of salt Combine ingredients for crust in a bowl. Press into baking dish and then bake for 10-12 minutes or until browned. Wait until it cools and then add on filling. Top with crumble and bake for approx 45 minutes. Combine ingredients for date caramel in a high speed blender. Add caramel on top.
