Mother Moth! I’m so glad I can finally share this beauty. Kirsten did such an incredible job to help create my vision. I wanted to do a moth as I have always been entranced by their delicate nature, the way they thrive at night and are unafraid to fly close the light of a warm source of light. When I got to Auckland I had a Bowen therapy session and the lady that treated me spoke to me through light language and said she saw the wings of a moth protecting me. I was blown away. I went back to the hotel and in my learning found that The moth symbolizes rebirth, change, transformation, resurrection, and the power of regeneration in Native American mythology. I felt like this was very poignant to the journey I have been on in my life to bring me to the moment that I was in. We are constantly evolving and regenerating and allow yourself that space to do so. If you look at the wings of a moth, you can see the life they have lived. They are perfectly imperfect. I do my best to show the world that even though there are dents in my wings, I can still fly and be the best I can be.
