I love my age. Old enough to know better. Young enough not to care. Experienced enough to do it right. My life isn’t perfect, and it’s so easy to get lost in thoughts, overthinking until you’re internally dying and forget what it once felt like to breathe. But I am telling you straight-up, MOVEMENT is freeing, energy is fire & working on yourself lets you feel joy. In your 20’s, you feel like you’re indestructible...In your 30s, you think..I’ll be around here a little longer, so I’ll take better care of myself.
