My life has been in a massive shift and I’m feeling comfortable enough to share with you guys. I started my 200 hours of Vinyasa Yoga Training last year and it’s been one hell of a ride. I’ve reconnected with myself in ways I didn’t even know were missing and found a whole new dedication to who I am and what I want in this life. That being said my posts are going to reflect more of who I am and my true interests.
