Adding in things like a box, kettlebell, decline bench to your ab routine is a great way to progressing overload your abs and build a stronger, sculpted core
The Details🤘🏼Perform each exercise back to back circuit style with minimal to no rest in between exercises! After you complete a round rest for 1 to 2 minutes and repeat for 3 to 4
