What a weekend 💖 celebrating this collaboration with @littlewordsproject in honor of Women’s Month in Tampa was so special. When I was asked what I wanted on my bracelet I didn’t know what was strong in my life that would resonate with other women out there. But I started thinking of how many of you I’ve met and learned about your grief journey and the loved ones you’ve lost. I often get asked “how did you move on and heal so quickly” and I remind people, I didn’t move on but I had to move forward. I felt the feelings, sat with them, processed them and reminded myself no matter what, I must keep going. That’s all women, in all stages of life, during their brightest and darkest times. We get up, we show up and we keep going. Day by day, moment by moment, sometimes second by second. We are not alone in anything we go through, but sometimes it feels as such. Know you are loved, supported & encouraged to keep going, you WILL make. I’ve never met a woman who couldn’t figure it out and take their low moments and turn them into something meaningful and beautiful. Happy women’s month. I love you so much.
