These week’s repeated question to myself and what I want you to reflect on, GABFAM: Are you giving yourself enough grace? If you're trying to do allll the things but feel like you keep falling short, I want you to know that you're not alone. 🤍 We need to give ourselves some grace rather than beating ourselves up about things that aren't going the way we envisioned them to go. There's only so much of this life we can control, so why beat ourselves up about things we can't. And hell, even the things we can control don't always go so smoothly, but that's okay. Whatever the struggle you're dealing with, it CAN and WILL get better.
