Earlier this summer we spent a jam packed few days exploring the busy streets of Bangkok - from street food stands to shiny new high rise hotels, including the beauty that is Park Hyatt Bangkok. As well as a rooftop infinity pool and plenty of signature Hyatt touches, the Central Embassy property has enough art to fill a gallery, with pieces by Andreas Gursky, Hirotoshi Sawada and Thai contemporaries Chatchai Puipia and Nonthivathn Chandhanaphalin.
