Brain fog! This week has been so muddled that at one point I said to Doz “do I need to get a brain scan?” Of course I know deep down it’s because I’ve switched up my HRT and I’m trying to find my ‘new normal’ but it’s been pretty scary in parts. Everything from getting peoples names mixed up on air, to calling the microwave the dishwasher and the tumble dryer the washing machine. I’ve been walking into rooms & having zero clue why I was in there. Even my hearing disappeared on Tuesday and I kept saying “what? Aye?”. Quite honestly I felt slow, frightened & a bit stupid. Today things seemed to ease a little bit & I’m hoping for an even better day tomorrow. But if I call you Sarah & your name is Jane, I’m sorry and now you know why 😩 Sending love to all the muddled heroines who are peri menopausal too. Zo xx
