Discipline vs motivation 👉🏼 motivation comes and goes, discipline is what carries you through the unmotivated times Just like anything you do, becoming a pmu artist takes a lot of time and discipline. You can’t take one or two trainings and think ok now I will have all the clients. No, it doesn’t work that way, it takes months and years to achieve the levels of being booked out and producing great work. When you go to school it took years to get that degree, when you work at a job it took years to get that promotion, when you learned a trade it took years to become an expert, when you want to lose weight and see result and maintain results it takes months and years of discipline, pmu is no different You will want to give up, you will feel defeated, but it is in those times that discipline will carry you to your destination. Motivation will only get you so far. The rest is grit, grind and doing it when u don’t want to. You really have to love what your doing because you will be doing it for cheap or for nothing at first but believe me the momentum will build and the clients will come! Trust me, I come from no beauty background, no clients, I started with working for free, $60 for brows, $100 for brows, because when your barely starting and learning, how do you expect to charge what experienced artists charge?
