It’s glossy but doesn’t feel greasy or tacky upon application. And yesssss!!! you definitely do feel the heat upon application, but it’s nothing unbearable. At first I thought it was a reaction to the lip gloss but I was wrong ! It’s a warming sensation that’s supposed to be felt upon application. My lips do look plump after application. It leaves a dark brown tint on my lips and makes them appear radiant upon application ✨ I apply it alone and sometimes over my lipstick for an illuminating effect✨.
