There are things in life we know we need but until we actually do them, we’ll never fully realise just how much of an impact they can have on us. The @wanderlustausnz True North event was that for me. An afternoon filled with the most inspirational talks, performances and guided meditations + yoga flows that left me filled with inspiration and some key take-aways for how I want to show up for myself as well as others moving forward as well as the work that’s needed to get there 🙏🏼 I honestly could not recommend this event highly enough if you’re looking to deep-dive into self connection and being around likeminded people whilst doing so.
