NEWS! ✨🌞🏡✨♥️Given everything that has been happening to the world, I have been feeling that there is a need now more than ever to learn how to be solid as a rock, yet free as a wave in an ever changing, ever challenging world. For all of us to learn how to be deeply rooted so as to be connected: Connected with the land, our very own heart and with others. To help ourselves heal so as to help others thrive. That’s why, together with two women that I highly appreciate and met in unusual circumstances last year Theresa and Aristea @salvia_kardamyli @f.schlingel 💓💓 we have decided to propose our first ever 5 Day community building retreat and to provide a safe space – a Home if you like – for creative, emotional & spiritual growth. 🏡 The offer? 5 days offline for an intimate group of 10 to 15 people in one of the most sacred areas that Greece has to provide, with daily workshops, guided meditation & yoga, conscious cooking, sustainable living practices and excursions all over this magical area. When? We chose the month of October, a perfect time towards the end of the year to release and integrate all of this year’s learnings and to plan the seeds on fertile soil for the years to come.
