Successive Provincial Governments in British Columbia have failed to properly fund schools and education. As a result, school districts have overcrowding issues so severe they have to add blocks and stagger classes. It's already happening in #Surrey, it might happen in #Burnaby next year, and will likely happen elsewhere as well.
