My morning routine to stay healthy while visiting home in Washington 🗻✨ These are the staples I try to incorporate daily! This day I went to breakfast with my mom, but normally I will workout and then make a high protein breakfast if I can :) this routine is meant to be flexible! Just focusing on the non negotiables. My workout will either be a Pilates workout or strength at the gym! I love to incorporate walks, incline walks, or sauna when I can.
