Here is a modified, not-exactly-authentic, but-still-delicious VEGAN Bánh Mì... 🇻🇳 Pickled shredded carrots 🥕 with scallions, plant-based mayo, @daringfoods Cajun “chicken,” tempeh “bacon” 🥓 on a toasted gluten-free @bfreefoods white baguette. 🥖 Very satisfying - just needed some fresh cilantro & jalapeños 🌶️ (I’ll plan ahead next time)
