Stop and smell the roses... Flowers are so symbolic of life. Delicate, epheral, unique and beautiful all in their own way but all in honour of a life well lived.... They are represent the incredible beauty of life while we have them. Thought I dont often create tribute flowers it is my ethos that my flowers are always highly personalised and have meaning. So although lily of the valley, HRH Queen of Elizabeth's favorite flower I understand, isnt in season at the moment, these tiny representative white phlox flowers, potato jasmine, gaura, a little acheilia, along with seasonal dahlias, scented delicate spray roses to name a few with sprigs of memory rosemary all where just cut fresh from a local English flower farm @hortuspoeticus just for this occassion to create five tiny bunches for my family & I to bring to our local royal residence at Windsor Castle last night to pay our respects to the Queen for her life of service. They were purposely all white and as close to the circle of life wreath created at Balmoral as I could source locally, just tied natural cord, placed at the gates without any wrapping to be as kind to the earth as possible. Hope HRH would have really liked them. We send our deepest condolences to every member of @theroyalfamily from my family to yours. Thank you for being such an inspiring leader to the world as well as a fellow lady that loved flowers and our beautiful planet.
