BRUSSELS SPROUT DIP 🌱 7 days of Brussels sprout recipes 😮‍💨 THIS is my favourite dip to make over Christmas! Usually I make it with artichoke hearts but for the Winter season, why not use the beautiful Sprout?! This 7 episode series (all on Brussels sprouts) is for those who love the humble sprout, and for those who aren’t so keen but really want to give them another try ✨ My Brussels Sprout dip is a great place to start, it’ll be gobbled up in no time 🔥 Let me know if you give it a go! 🥰 Ingredients: 🥬150g Brussels sprouts, finely sliced 🥚 4 tbsp mayonnaise 🧄 2 garlic cloves, minced 🧀 50g grated parmesan 🧂 1 tsp black pepper 🌽 Cornflakes for topping 🧀 3 tbsp cheddar cheese, grated Method: 1. Preheat your oven to 200C/180C fan. 2. Add your finely sliced Brussels sprouts to a medium sized bowl with you mayonnaise, garlic, parmesan, and black pepper. Give it a good mix and then pour the mixture into a baking dish. 3. Top with cornflakes and cheddar cheese. Place in the oven for 15-20 mins until golden and bubbly, then serve up with crackers, bread, or a spoon, and enjoy! 🥰 #brusselssprout #easyrecipe #easydip #christmasrecipe
