Shoulder friendly ✅ Unilateral ✅ Trunk stability ✅ Hip stability ✅ Whilst I’m a huge fan of the standard military and DB shoulder presses, from an athletic standpoint, overhead press in doesn’t get much better than this! Nice cue, make sure you tuck the toes under on the back foot and drive them into the floor for more glute on that side which will act as a stabiliser of the hips.
