To me, being a parent is one of the most challenging yet one of the most important responsibilities in life. How we parent has immense influence on our children. Beyond the tactics, tools and techniques out there on raising children, Dr Shefali has helped me take a step back to dig deep, look inwards, and work on the root of it all — myself.
