Caviar and aged Bordeaux...? Of my favorite gifts of the season is to have time to slow down, put the phone away, and cook. Many great meals over the past weeks and thanks to my friend @american_caviar for sending along delicious and sustainable caviar. It paired remarkably well with the ‘95 Jean Cautreau Bordeaux. That was a new revelation for me... I had to fight my 2yr old to get any of the caviar for myself. It’s good to have fellow fish lovers in the house. The last pic is of the spread @harborfishmarket in Portland, ME, my go-to source for all things salty, scaled, and shelled. Life is delicious. Friends are generous.
