Aloo Paratha is a potato stuffed flatbread originated from Punjab region in India. While traveling to India a couple of years ago, I remember myself enjoying this perfect breakfast every morning with the locals. This bread is made with whole wheat flour and stuffed with mashed potatoes, spices and herbs. The way it blows up when baked is so exciting! It makes you happy like a kid, and it’s amazing. YASSS!!
