Panko crusted salmon 🍔 INGREDIENTS * Buns * Little gem lettuce Panko Salmon * 2 4oz salmon filets * 4 tbsp dijon mustard * 1 cup panko breadcrumbs * 1 tbsp parsley * 1 tbsp grated parm * Salt and pepper Fennel Slaw * 2 cups thinly sliced fennel * 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion * 2 tbsp chopped parsley * 1 tbsp chopped mint * 2 tbsp olive oil * 1 lemon juiced * 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar * Salt and pepper to taste Dill Créme * 1 cup crème fraîche * 3 tbsp fresh dill * 1 tbsp capers * 1/2 lemon juiced * 1 tsp salt RECIPE 1. Preheat oven to 375F. 2. Place the salmon skin side down on a baking tray and season with salt and pepper. 3. Coat the salmon in dijon mustard. Spread panko all over the fish, then top with parsley, lemon zest, and parmesean. Spray the top of the fish with olive oil (optional). 4. Bake for about 15 min. Then broil for about 2 min until the breadcrumbs to become golden brown. 5. Fennel slaw: In a bowl combine the sliced fennel, red onion, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, sugar, and salt and pepper. Toss until combines. 6. Dill cream: mix the creme fraiche with dill, capers, salt, and lemon juice. Store in fridge. 7. Assemble: to a toasted bun add the creme, lettuce, salmon, fennel slaw, and the top bun with more creme. Enjoy! #panko #salmon #fennel #crème #food #salmonburger #asmr
