Over the last 7 weeks @luca_ignesti_uk and I have been doing a little weekend restaurant @oakleycourt to accompany the ice rink put up for the festive period. We’ve been using as much from the garden as possible, grilling lobsters, smashing burgers, braising ossobuco, pickling, fermenting, grilling steaks and smushing small production anglem. All from a container kitchen. It’s kind of felt like festival cooking except for 8 weeks in a row. We’ve done some big numbers in pretty tricky conditions and while it’s not been perfect, I’m pretty proud of what we did, as we’ve done it amongst some big things @180.studios too. This weekend is our last weekend before we take a break and we’d love to see some friendly faces. So if your looking for something to do with your pals, or your kids, or your kid-pals then come on down, come for a skate and some goodness and some fresh air, it’s a very short journey from central London and i’m sure we can find you a spot.
